This note came from Brain Zelley in 2003:
Louise Rose ZELLEY was born in Weymouth, Dorset, England in 1881 (daughter
of William John Simpson ZELLEY and Elizabeth Ann BAKER). The ZELLEY family
emigrated to Canada in 1883. At the time, chidren included Annie Susan,
Elizabeth Kate, and Louise Rose ZELLEY. Other siblings born in Canada are
Ann Florence, Marion Emily, William R., Herbert John, Henry William and
Elsie Hope ZELLEY.
Louise married William TIMMS in Nanaimo and their only child was Albert
William TIMMS. At some time, the TIMMS - ZELLEY family moved to Alberta.
Young Albert would marry in the 1930's to Eva ROWLEDGE.
Also, in the Stettler area at this time was a sister of Rose, Alice
Florence. Flo. had married John Wesley CRONK in Vancouver in 1908, but
several years later moved to Alberta.
Years later, the daughter of Alberta and Eva would emigrate to the United
States and settle in Iowa and then the Green Bay area of Wisconsin.
Of interest, in the year 2001 part of the history of the
William TIMMS and Louise Rose ZELLEY story was published in a book by Ruth
Timms NISHIOKA, titled "Yesterday, Land Today, Building", published by Alt
Publishing Co. of De Pere, Wisconsin.
One interesting point missing from the book was the events following a
letter dated December 18, 1899 by William ZELLEY to daughter Rose.
Within months of the letter, William along with Richard KENYON and John
CORDELL would be dead from drowning (but that is another story ).

Based on the following, I seem to have wrongly put Margaret as the daughter of , when she in fact was the widow of John Timms, brother of Nicholas Timms.

Draft release by Rev. W[illiam] Bellamy, late of Southam, now of Tidmington, Worcs., clerk and Margaret his wife (widow and sole executrix of her late husband John Timms, late of Ascott, Whichford, yeoman, deceased) to Nicholas Timms, Buryfield, Hook Norton, Oxon., yeoman 'brother-in-law' [?stepbrother] and devisee named in the will of said John Timms) for £500 and annuity of £60 to Margaret Bellamy of farmhouse, 6½ yard lands, 6 closes and 2 cottages, all in Whichford, being partly the lands settled as jointure by marriage settlement 11 and 12 May 1755 of said John Timms and Margaret, daughter of Isaac Snow and partly residuary real estate devised under will, 16 March 1764, of John Timms to said Nicholas after death of Margaret.

For quite som time, I was not convinved that I had correctly assigned this Edward Timms to the right father. At first, I only knew of his existence due to letters of administration granted on May 4, 1723, to Edward Timms, lawful son of Edward Timms of Stourton. Then,
