Arthur was living with his father and step-mother in the 1901 census in Shadwell, London and was a law stationer's assistant (I am not sure what that is). I found him in the 1911 census, where he is still a law stationer. He says that he was born at Mile End, London.. They were living at Low Layton, Essex that year.
In the 1934 electoral registers, he, his wife, daughter, and William Thomas Bryant were living in Hackney at 102 Gelsdon Road. I expect that William was his brother, but perhaps not. By 1935, Arthur was no longer there and there were three other people living there: Emily and Florence Ford, and Charles Hawkins.

He does not seem to have had any children. I say that as in the 1911 census, his wife was shown to have had 0 children, and she was 36 years old. Who knows after that though?

He and Sarah do not seem to have had any children, at least before the 1911 census, when his wife was shown as having had 0 children born to her. He was a superintendent at Singers in the 1901 Census. He and Louisa were living in Bethnal Green. By 1911, he was a branch manager of a sewing machine company - probably Singers.
