There is a problem here with the marriage date and the death of his two sons on March 3, 1737. Of course March 3, 1737, was really March 3, 1738, so there is not a problem.

The IGI has a Edward Tims marrying a Judith Mason on December 21, 1701 in Barcheston? Is this them? For the moment, I will put her in.

This date and place of marriage came from the IGI which means that it is very much subject to doubt.

I have put this in as the marriage date for this couple as an "educated guess." I know that a William Timms married a Mary Timms on this date. I don't know for sure that they were the ones who started having children in 1806. It does seem likely. Who Mary was, I do not have a clue.

There is this marriage in Blockley between an Edward Tymes of Cherington and Jane Harris of Paxford. I take some comfort assigning it to this Edward as he speaks of his loving brother Robert Harris in his will.

Here is Richard Young's note re George's marriage:
I looked manually on GRO marriage index from 1840-1847 and found a George Jarrett, December 1844, Evesham 18 451. This was confirmed by FreeBMD as the only likely marriage but unfortunately there is a spouse's name missing from the page (likely to be Grace?).

FreeBMD entry: Marriages Dec 1844

JARRETT George Evesham 18 451
SUTTON David Evesham 18 451
WILKINS Maria Evesham 18 451
