Spinach-Cheddar Dip

This is excellent with chips and for spreading on hamburgers.



1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cottage cheese
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt and freshly ground pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl or food processor and blend together until smooth.
