Dijon Cream

Serve this tart sauce on the side with slices of lean roast beef.



1/4 cup commercial sour cream
1 tsp grainy Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
freshly ground black pepper
Gently fold all the ingredients together.
